Health information
Landmark Trends is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and its answers are not medical advice. A pattern is not proof of a cause. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Apple Health data
The app reports on data recorded in Apple Health by your devices and other apps. We do not control the accuracy or completeness of those sources. Treat comparisons as estimates.
Use and ownership
You may use the app for your own lawful, personal use. Smashing Labs LLC owns the app, website, design and text. Your health data remains yours, and we do not receive it through the app.
Availability
We may update or stop offering the app. It is provided as available, subject to the protections that apply under your local law.
