Why do I have too few days?
Each side of a question needs at least 15 days to compare. Landmark Trends uses the last six months. When iOS asks how far back to share, choose All Recorded Data if you want that history included.
Why does a question need an Apple Watch?
Some sleep and heart readings come from an Apple Watch. If the outcome for a question has no readings, the app moves that row under Needs an Apple Watch and names what is missing.
What is sample mode?
It shows answers for a made-up person so you can look around before connecting Apple Health. The app labels the list and each answer as sample data. Turn it on or off in Settings.
Are patterns medical advice?
No. A pattern is not proof of a cause or a diagnosis. See Health Data for how answers are worked out, and Privacy for where your data stays.
