The Privacy Policy is the main explanation of our data practices. This page explains how Health data reaches an answer.
What it reads
The twelve questions use sleep and sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, workouts, exercise minutes, steps, daylight and mindful minutes. The app compares groups of days within the last six months of data you allow iOS to share.
What an answer means
Each question has one comparison and one outcome, at a defined delay. The app labels the result Recurring, Hypothesis, No clear difference or Not enough data. A pattern in your history does not prove that one thing caused another.
Where it goes
Calculations run on your iPhone. Health readings are kept in memory, not sent to a server. Settings and your last-seen answer for each question are stored locally to show what changed. The app asks for read access only.
Your control
Choose data types and history in iOS's Health permission sheets. You can change permission later in Settings. You can use made-up sample data to explore without connecting Apple Health.
